2 Stabbed In Apparent Gas Station Fight

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police are investigating a pair of overnight stabbings after an apparent fight at a Minneapolis gas station.

The incident happened at about 11:15 p.m. Monday at the SuperAmerica on the 5100 block of 34th Avenue South.

Police said they responded to a report of two men fighting with knives either in or near the gas station parking lot.

Officers found a man with cuts to his face. He was questioned and taken to Hennepin County Medical Center.

A bit later, police got a call from a resident nearby of another person stabbed. He, too, was taken to HCMC. Police said he was in critical condition.

Police are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
