Police In Crystal Seek Hit-And-Run Driver
CRYSTAL, Minn. (WCCO) -- Crystal Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that left a motorized scooter driver seriously injured.
The crash happened on Tuesday evening near West Broadway and 54th Avenue.
Police said the crash happened between a scooter and a white or silver minivan. The minivan driver allegedly stopped briefly, but left the scene before officers arrived.
Police described the driver as a female with dark hair.
