Police Find Author Of Suspicious Facebook Post

EDEN VALLEY, Minn. (AP) -- Investigators have located the woman who posted a suspicious Facebook message that prompted a lockdown at a central Minnesota school district Wednesday.

Schools in Eden Valley-Watkins were locked down after the words "I see dead people" appeared next to a picture of the school.

Investigators obtained the name and location of the IP address of the posting in Minneapolis. They interviewed a woman who was children at the school. She told investigators she had watched the movie "The Sixth Sense" on Tuesday night and made the comment "I see dead people" on her Facebook site that displays the post next to a photo of the school.

The woman's name was not publicly affiliated with the Facebook page.

The district had put its three schools in lockdown as a precaution.
