MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Thursday the slow-moving storm system will finally drift off to the east allowing a ridge of high pressure to arrive. That will end the precipitation and allow a clearing sky from west to east as the day progresses.
It will be warmer too with a high in the mid-50s.
It gets even better as we warm to the upper-60s on Friday with a good deal of sunshine until later in the day.
A frontal boundary arrives late and will trigger some showers and maybe even some thunderstorms.
Nothing severe is expected.
