Southbound 169 Drops To One Lane Monday Night

ROSEVILLE, Minn. (WCCO) –- Highway 169 southbound will be reduced to one lane between Valley View Road and Interstate 494 Monday at 5 p.m.

The highway will remain-one lane over night and reopen Tuesday at 7 a.m.

Motorists should expected delays as crews apply stripping, set a barrier and prepare to move southbound traffic to temporary lanes.

The lane closure was originally scheduled for May 1 as part of the 169/494 interchange reconstruction project, but it was rescheduled because of the weather.
