Police: Teen Abducted At Gunpoint Found Unharmed

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- An Amber Alert issued for a 17-year-old boy who was allegedly abducted at gunpoint in Itasca County has been canceled.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said Lucas Christopher Merrill,of Onamia, was found unharmed Saturday afternoon.

Merrill was allegedly abducted at gunpoint by three men, who were dressed in jeans, black ski masks and black gloves. There were four men in the vehicle during the abduction, but only three got out and took Merrill, according to police.

The men were driving a 1990s black Suburban or Yukon-type vehicle with tinted windows.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
