ST. PAUL (WCCO) — The power is back on in Roseville and St. Paul for more than 3,000 Xcel Energy customers, officials said.

Xcel Energy reported early Tuesday night that 3,108 customers were without electricity. The outage was the result of the gusty winds, according to Xcel.

Power was restored just before 9 p.m. to those customers.
