Minn. Woman Accused Of Kicking Police Officers

FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (AP) -- A Fergus Falls woman is under arrest after she allegedly kicked police officers.

A call came in just before 9 p.m. Wednesday of a drunken woman who had jumped out of moving car in Fergus Falls and was lying in the street in front of the car.

The woman was reportedly screaming and cursing. When police tried to give her an alcohol test, she allegedly kicked two of the officers and tried to bite them.

Officers arrested the 36-year-old woman. In the squad car, she allegedly tried to kick out windows and was head-butting the interior. KBRF-AM reports when she was taken to jail she allegedly kicked a third officer in the groin.

The woman is at the Otter Tail County Jail but has not been booked yet.
