Police: Man, 24, Forces Sex From 14-Year-Old
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) –- Police arrested a 24-year-old Eagan man Tuesday after he allegedly gave a 14-year-old girl alcohol and forced her to have sex with him.
The Dakota County Attorney's Office has charged Alexander Sipe with one count of criminal sexual conduct.
A criminal complaint shows that Sipe provided the girl with alcoholic beverages and then forced her to have sex with him. Sipe also forced her to give him oral sex.
Sipe admitted to police that he had sex with the girl, police said.
