Window Washer Who Fell To His Death Identified

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) –- The window washer who died after falling eight stories in St. Louis Park Friday afternoon has been identified.

Ryan John Shannon, 25, of St. Louis Park, died at around 2 p.m. while working at Place Apartments on the 3600 block of Phillips Parkway.

Shannon died of multiple blunt force injuries, the autopsy report said.

Shannon was an independent contractor who was working at the apartments most of the day.

The Hennepin County Crime lab has not yet said anything on what circumstances caused Shannon’s death.
