Adele Reschedules Concert For Xcel Energy Center

ST. PAUL (WCCO) -- After postponing her First Avenue show due to laryngitis, Adele is headed back to the Twin Cities for a make-up show. But this time, she'll be headed to a larger venue.

Adele will perform at the Xcel Energy Center at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24. Tickets go on sale Monday, July 11 at 10 a.m.

Those who bought tickets for the orginally scheduled May 26 show at First Avenue will be guaranteed admission to the newly rescheduled concert.

General admission tickets for the First Avenue show must be exchanged at the Xcel Energy Center box office. Tickets may be exchanged starting at 10 a.m. July 11 and can be done anytime between then and the night of the performance.

Adele is a Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter who has sold more than seven million copies of her second album, "21" worldwide.
