crosswalk or no crosswalk? speeding or not, drinking or not? if she can answer no to those 3 questions she probably won’t be in any trouble, right?

wrong my niece was killed in Oct. and granted my niece was not in the cross walk the driver blew a .023 and was thought to be speeding and still nothing for the dirt bag

      1. Ogie Oglethorpe says:

There’s no excuse for not walking in a crosswalk. I see it all the time in my town. People are too lazy to walk 20 feet to their right to use a crosswalk, so they step out from between parked cars and get struck by cars. That isn’t the car’s fault.

And .023 is about 1 beer. That isn’t illegal. Where was the illegal act by the driver?

I mean no disrespect, but you have to place blame where blame is due.
