Polk County Sheriff's Office Search For Armed Robber

CUSHING, Wis. (WCCO) -- The Polk County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in tracking down an armed bank robber.

Authorities say the man entered the bank, pulled a gun and took money from a teller station.

He was wearing a camouflage shirt, gloves, sunglasses, a camouflage mesh-type scarf and a tan baseball hat with a Miller Lite logo. He was carrying a black bag.

Police say he drove off in a mid- to late-90s model red GMC or Chevrolet pick-up truck. The truck was two-toned, with red on the majority of the truck and gray or silver on the bottom.

Anyone who has information in this case or recognizes the robber, is asked to call the Polk County Sheriff's Office at (715) 485-8300.
