RICE LAKE, Wis. (WCCO) – The Rice Lake Police Department arrested a 58-year-old person Thursday after a peeping camera was found inside a local motel, authorities said.

At about 3:50 p.m. Tuesday, Rice Lake Police received a video camera device that contained nude images of an employee at the motel. An invasion of privacy case is under investigation at this time to see of any other victims are involved.

After a review of the device and the facility where it was discovered, police obtained a search warrant and executed it at a residence in Haugen, Wis. There, authorities seized computers and other computer storage devices, suspected marijuana and miscellaneous drug paraphernalia.

Police said the person arrested was a maintenance employee at the motel.

Rice Lake Police and the Barron County Sheriff's Office said the case remains under investigation.
