1 Dead In Accident After Running Stop Sign

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — One person was killed and another was injured in a crash in Meeker County Thursday morning, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Lt. Eric Roeske said around 6:07 a.m., a car was heading west on County Road 18 and failed to stop at a stop sign.
That car was hit by another vehicle going northbound on Highway 15.
Roeske said the person who ran the stop sign died. The person in the other car was injured.
He said they will release more information about the victims after family is notified.
