MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A big bocce ball tournament was held Saturday at La Cucina di Nonna Rosa’s Ristorante Italiano in Robbinsdale to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphomia Society.

Sixteen teams played in the tournament and competed for money, Peroni Beer items, gift certificates and trophies.

WCCO-TV photojournalist Sean Skinner was there to capture the competition.

The two teams in the finals were Heinz 57 and the Pecan Sandies.
