In an attempt to get citizens to go green, many European countries make life miserable for those who drive cars.

Should the U.S. consider following Europe’s example?

    The Met Council studied such tactics back in the 1970’s, to get people to use mass

    They also did the same in the early 1900’s when horses were the more common form of transportation. Enviro-wackos are kind of backwords.
