Police say Robert Houston Glass left his residence on foot and was initially believed to be headed to the library in Cambridge on Saturday.
It was later learned that Glass might have left the area with a family member named Michael Hall.
Glass is considered to be a vulnerable adult. He is described as a white man, 5-foot-4, 185 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black T-shirt, a baseball cap and glasses.
Anyone with information regarding the location of Glass is asked to contact the Cambridge Police Department at (763) 689-9567.
