ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Fans of British soul singer Adele still have a chance to buy tickets for her sold-out St. Paul concert.

JAM Productions says a couple of hundred additional tickets will be released for sale at noon Wednesday. Those tickets will be available only at the Xcel Energy Center box office — they will not be sold online or by phone. Prices range from $29.50 to $89.

There’s a two-ticket limit on all sales, and the line has a lottery system. Numbered wristbands will be available from 11 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, with one number drawn at 11:45 a.m. to determine how the line will form.

Ticket-buyers must be at least 16 years old to receive a wristband.

Adele performs at the X on Aug. 24. Veteran rocker Wanda Jackson opens.

So you buy a ticket for First AVE show and then her popularity sky rockets and suddenly she has voice problems. They then suspiciously have her come back to the Excel in theater configuration and you by a ticket for that. When it’s obvious that there is even more demand then they decide to move the stage back further and offer more tickets. I assume the floor tickets holders will still be in the front row but people in the side sections will suddenly find themselves further back than people who didn’t even bother to get tickets the first time. Not sure this is a real great way to treat fans. Glad I didn’t try to see her.
