EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) – The Minnesota Vikings say they have signed 14 free agents from the 2011 college class.
The team completed the deals on Wednesday. Among the players is Ohio State cornerback Devon Torrence, Miami free safety Ryan Hill and Stanford kicker Nathan Whitaker.
The other players signed: UTEP guard Rod Huntley, Iowa fullback Allen Reisner, Wyoming cornerback Marcell Gipson, NC State defensive end David Akinniyi, Auburn guard Byron Isom, Hillsdale receiver Andre Holmes, Arizona guard Conan Amituanai, Utah fullback Matt Asiata, Prairie View free safety Chris Adingupu, Cal Poly receiver Dominique Johnson and Valdosta State linebacker Larry Dean.
The players are scheduled to report to training camp in Mankato on Sunday and begin practice on Monday.
