WASHBURN, Wis. (AP) — The identity of a man killed in an all-terrain vehicle accident in northwestern Wisconsin over the weekend has been released.

The Duluth News Tribune reports he’s 31-year-old Ricky L. Juleff of Clayton, Wis. He died Saturday evening in a crash on the Valhalla Trail.

Emergency responders were unable to revive Juleff, who sustained serious head trauma and was pronounced dead on the scene.

A new release from the sheriff’s office says speed, alcohol and the lack of a helmet may have contributed to the man’s death.

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is investigating.
