ST. LOUIS (AP) — The St. Louis Rams have signed another linebacker, reaching a deal with free agent Ben Leber.
The 32-year-old Leber made 23 starts for the Minnesota Vikings over the last two seasons.
Middle linebacker James Laurinaitis has led the Rams in tackles in both of his NFL seasons but the team is trying to upgrade the outside spots.
Leber signed on Thursday. He is the third linebacker signed by the Rams in free agency, joining Brady Poppinga and Zac Diles.
