MANKATO, Minn. (AP) — The Minnesota Vikings have finished the out-of-town portion of training camp in relatively good health.

The Vikings held their final open-to-the-public practice Thursday in Mankato.

Tight end Visanthe Shiancoe was out this week with a hamstring injury and won’t play in Saturday’s exhibition at Tennessee. Cornerback Cedric Griffin will also be held out as a precaution in his comeback from knee surgery. Right guard Anthony Herrera remains on the physically unable to perform list as, recovering from knee surgery.

New left tackle Charlie Johnson has been dealing with a hip injury, but coach Leslie Frazier said he should play Saturday.

Rookie safety Mistral Raymond, who has played with the first team defense, hurt his hamstring returning an interception on the final play of Thursday’s practice.

I don’t see the Vikings going very far this year….they do not have any standout players to help get them into the playoffs….

So, I have a proposal: Win the Superbowl and you can have the new stadium you desire. Anything but that and you can head off to LA.

      Michael P,
Why don’t you go to LA, East LA and stay there. I’ll buy the ticket.
