Fatal Motorcycle Crash In Richfield
RICHFIELD (WCCO) -- A motorcyclist died after colliding with a cable median barrier in Richfield late Wednesday afternoon, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
The crash, reported at 5:08 p.m., occurred on Highway 77 just north of 66th Street.
The State Patrol says a person riding a 2005 Yamaha motorcycle was driving southbound on Highway 77 when traffic slowed abruptly. The rider then quickly braked, lost control and ran off the road into a cable median barrier.
