MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A 55-year-old woman died Thursday morning from injuries she suffered in a motorcycle accident in Le Sueur County on Sunday, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner identified the woman as Debra Halvorson of Brooklyn Center.

Authorities said Halvorson was riding a motorcycle at about 4:51 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Highway 99 and County Road 45 in Le Sueur County. A vehicle carrying two people was stopped at a stop sign, then pulled out in front of Halvorson and broadsided her.
