The driver was an 8-year-old boy and the two passengers were a  man and woman, both 42 years old.

The adult female suffered minor injuries but did not have to be transported to a hospital. The adult male suffered head injuries, was airlifted to St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth and is in critical condition. The parents need to have their heads examined for letting an 8 year old kid drive a machine this big. Its stories like this that add to all the regulations and restrictions for the rest of us. I do trully hope and pray everybody survives this accident, but comes away with some common sense.
