Liriano To 15-Day Disabled List With Left Shoulder Strain
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota Twins have placed left-handed pitcher Francisco Liriano on the 15-day disabled list with a left posterior shoulder strain.
Liriano suffered the injury in the Twins' 6-1 loss to the Baltimore Orioles Thursday.
The Twins will recall left-handed pitcher Scott Diamond from Triple-A Rochester to replace Liriano on the 25-man roster.
