MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A motorcyclist died Friday afternoon after colliding with a semi in Burnsville, Minn., police said.

Lt. Eric Reoske, of the Minnesota State Patrol, said the accident happened at 2:27 p.m. on southbound Highway 13 near the intersection of Diffley Road.

Highway 13 is currently close, Reoske said.

Police will continue to investigate.
