Police: Man Charged For Aug. 14 Fatal Shooting
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Hennepin County Attorney's Office has charged a 38-year-old man with two counts murder in connection with the death of a man who was shot in the head in early August.
According to an indictment, Nisius McAllister faces two counts of first-degree murder for the death of Michael McMillan, who was shot multiple times on Aug. 14 in an alley by 25th Street East and 18th Avenue South.
McMillan succumbed to his injuries on Sept. 1.
Two others were arrested in connection with the shooting. The incident is still under investigation.
