BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Forty of the world’s top professional walleye anglers will be competing on the Missouri River in North Dakota this week for top honors in the National Guard FLW Walleye Tour Championship.
The event gets under way Thursday with the pro champion crowned on Sunday. Tens of thousands of dollars in prize money is on the line. The top amateur in the tournament will be crowned a day earlier.
Boats will launch from the Hazelton ramp about 31 miles southeast of Bismarck. Daily weigh-ins will be at the Bismarck Civic Center.
