ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Garrison Keillor welcomes actor and author John Lithgow to the stage of the Fitzgerald Theater this month.
It’s not for a performance of Keillor’s “A Prairie Home Companion” radio show. Instead, Lithgow will discuss his career and his new memoir, “Drama: An Actor’s Education.”
Lithgow has written eight children’s books. His acting career has included everything from television with “3rd Rock From the Sun” to movies with “Terms of Endearment” and “Rise of the Planet of the Apes” to Broadway with “Requiem for a Heavyweight” and “M Butterfly.”
Lithgow kicks off the second season of “Conversations” with Keillor on Oct. 21 at 8 p.m. at the Fitz. Tickets are now on sale.
