BEMIDJI, Minn. (AP) — Four new welcome signs will greet people along the Red Lake Reservation border.
The first will be erected Tuesday on state Highway 89 at the Red Lake Reservation border near the Seven Clans Casino.
Red Lake High School art teacher and artist Patrick Desjarlait designed and painted the colorful, lighted signs, which measures 10 by 18 feet.
The Bemidji Pioneer reports a total of four signs will be erected at each border point this week.
