Suffering Secondary: Vikes Have Pass Test Vs. Pack

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) -- Coming off their worst game of the season, the Minnesota Vikings have arrived at their greatest challenge yet this season: the Green Bay Packers.

The Vikings' coverage has been inconsistent at best, and vulnerable to long gains. Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers has picked right up where he left off with the Super Bowl trophy last season, leading the league in most statistical categories for quarterbacks.

As if the Vikings (1-5) didn't have enough to be concerned about, the Packers (6-0) are a daunting opponent for their wounded defensive backs.

Starting cornerback Antoine Winfield has missed the last two games with a neck injury, and his status is still in question. Starting safety Jamarca Sanford suffered a concussion Sunday during the loss at Chicago and might also be unavailable this week.
