ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) – Authorities are looking for tips on the 15th anniversary of a missing person’s case in northwestern Minnesota.

Veronica Safranski disappeared after leaving a Halloween party on October 26, 1996 in Warren, Minn., according to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

She was last seen wearing an American Indian costume.
