MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Another storm system passes early on Friday that will trigger a few spotty showers with a few flakes mixed in up north.
We will get back to the sunshine during the day and warm to a near-average high of 51 degrees. Here’s the problem: The wind.
On the back side of the low pressure center the wind will kick up from the northwest 10 to 15 miles per hour, making it feel cooler than the low 50s. The wind will drop late in the day, and our temps will follow suit.
Expect a chill start Saturday morning followed by a nice, sunny day. Highs should stay in the low 50s. Another storm system arrives on Sunday bringing more moisture with it. Temperatures look to be mild enough to keep it rain. But it is late October, so a little cooler air can light snow.
