Video: Little Ghouls Parade In Anoka
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- When it comes to Halloween, the city of Anoka knows how to celebrate.
After all, it's the Halloween capitol of the world, and Friday it was the kids turn to show off their stuff in the annual big parade of little people.
Anoka has a full day of events planned Saturday. The parade will start at 1 p.m. with a carnival and block party to follow. For details, click here.
