It isn’t an accident for a 2 yr old child to fall six stories when there is an ADULT in the house. They are responsible for keeping the child safe. Probably manslaughter or possibly attempted murder. SERIOUS questions should be asked. Certainly no accident– probably just a CREATIVE attempt to get away with a SERIOUS crime. Happens way to often. Hope the child lives and never has to be around this ADULT again.

What an amazingly short sighted comment; of course accidents happen. While this particular incendent may have been caused by some sort of neglect or malice it does not always have to be the reason. I completley agree with you that the hard questions need to be addressed but i dont think you can make such a blind statement that is ignorant of any of the facts in the case.

Actually a child CAN fall from a window accidentally. It happened to my son when he was 5 years old, and I assure you sir, I am a responsible parent, and he was within a hands reach from me and another adult when it happened. It happened so quickly, that there was nothing I could do to stop it. This was after asking the apartment maintainace to install childlocks on our floor to ceiling windowseat windows. And remember Eric Claptons little boy who fell through a highrise window…Don’t tell me accidents don’t happen. Sadly, crimes of this nature do happen far too often which lead us to be so cynical…But accidents DO happen. Either way, hope the child will be well soon, and if it WAS a crime I hope they get to the bottom of it.
