Pedestrian Struck In Mpls. Taken To Hospital

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A pedestrian was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center after being struck in Minneapolis.

According to police, a 25-year-old man was struck Friday morning while trying to cross the street in the vicinity of Stevens and Franklin avenues.

The driver stopped and the pedestrian was taken to the hospital.

Police said he was in serious or critical condition. His identity was not released.
