MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A 37-year-old man from Bruce, Wis., was arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol on Saturday for operating while under the influence for the sixth time.

Authorities stopped Alexander Kerr at about 5:17 p.m. Saturday on State Highway 40 for speeding. The state trooper noticed signs of impairment and performed field sobriety tests, which Kerr subsequently failed.

Kerr was arrested and booked into the Rusk County Jail. He was also charged with possession of marijuana and operating after revocation, which was his third offense.
