FBI: Bank Tells Robber They're Out Of Cash

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (WCCO) -- Authorities are seeking a man who attempted to rob a credit union at gunpoint on Wednesday morning.

According to the FBI, a man entered the Richfield Bloomington Credit Union located on Old Shakopee Road in Bloomington around 9:30 a.m.

Brandishing a handgun, the man ordered the credit union employees behind the counter and demanded cash.

Once they were behind the counter, one of the employees told the man the credit union didn't have any cash. After hearing that, the robber fled, according to the FBI.

The man was described as white, about 35 years old. He was between 5 feet, 8 inches and 5 feet, 10 inches tall and had a medium build. He was wearing a dark ski mask, a black hooded sweatshirt, dark jeans and black shoes.
