Indictment: Milaca Man Had 15K Pics Of Child Porn
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 50-year-old Milaca man has been indicted for being caught with at least 15,000 images of child pornography.
The federal indictment, which was unsealed Monday, charges Kenneth John Gastecki with one count of distribution of child pornography.
According to the justice department, Gastecki was subject to a search in July 2009. During the investigation, authorities uncovered a number of images.
The indictment alleges that Gastecki was distributing pictures and video of minors engaged in sexually explicit situations.
If he is convicted, Gastecki could face up to 20 years in prison.
