Father, Son Indicted In Connection To MN Teacher’s Death

WILLMAR, Minn. (WCCO) — A grand jury has indicted a father and son on first-degree murder charges for the death of a Minnesota teacher.

Delbert Huber, 81, is accused of shooting Timothy Larson last month after a confrontation at a farm owned by Larson’s family.

Police say Timothy Huber was also at the Kandiyohi County farm. The two are accused of not reporting the shooting until more than 12 hours after it happened.

According to court documents, the Hubers killed Timothy Larson over $50 and some missing farm parts.

Larson was a teacher at St. Michael-Albertville Middle School West.

Well, he sure looks like a nice guy. I guess looks can be decieving.

  2. Larry F. says:

The X-Files episode “Home” was actually based on the Huber family. Inbred from 1860 and proud of it.

A teacher? Will the union go after the killer?

  4. Wrapped tighter up North says:

They said that Delbert had a ornery streak and people reported him a lot. Now let him and his dis functional son sit it out. Most fathers teach their son’s right from wrong, this one most have taught him how to do wrong right!
