Best Of MN: Best Place To Buy Winter Gear

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — It’s almost December, but with the mild temperatures we’ve had lately are you not quite ready for winter yet?

Have no fear, there’s still time to buy your coats, hats, gloves and one of the most important things, the shovel.

But where is the best place to get you ready for the brutal winters that often drag on in Minnesota. This week in his Best of Minnesota segment, WCCo-TV’s Matt Brickman headed to Hoigaard’s for his winter supplies.

Have we never had a winter before? People don’t have the gear? What a noob story.

  • Jack Parker

Can anybody please recommend a good, WARM pair of gloves to wear in the wind and below zero temps. I have never, ever been able to find a good pair of gloves. I’m outside a lot in the winter and am so tired of everything being warm but my fingers are frozen. If anyone plans to recommends Thinsulate, please don’t! They’re almost worse than having NO gloves.

I agree with you, but please look at yonex badminton rackets.
