BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (WCCO) – Shoppers came out by the thousands for Black Friday at the Mall of America.
The holiday shopping season got off and rolling Friday as mall officials said the attendance record they reached last year was broken. Officials said 210,000 shoppers were at the Mall of America to get the best deals and get their holiday shopping done.
The Mall of America opened at midnight to accommodate the die-hard shoppers that show up for Black Friday. Parking lots and stores were full pretty much all day.
