MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 66-year-old Onamia, Minn. man, with 11 previous DWI convictions, was busted again over the weekend.

The Minnesota State Patrol said Andy Mitchell had a BAC of .33, after crashing his car into a tree.

Authorities say they responded to the crash, which occurred on Highway 169 near Brainerd, and found a car that ran off the road and struck a tree.

Mitchell was identified as the driver and only occupant. Police say he was seriously injured in the crash and was transported to North Memorial.

At the hospital, medical staff took Mitchell’s BAC, which came in at .33.
