Teacher Admits To Grooming Student For Prostitution

ST. PAUL (WCCO) -- A substitute teacher is behind bars after pleading guilty to attempting to groom a special-needs student for prostitution.

According to the Pioneer Press, 33-year-old Tameshia Allen-Hodges, of Oakdale, pleaded guilty to felony charges on Wednesday.

Allen-Hodges taught at a school in North St. Paul.

She was accused of bringing home a 21-year-old female student with developmental disabilities, taking pictures of her in lingerie and suggesting she perform sex acts for money.

She will be sentenced in March.
