VIRGINIA, Minn. (AP) — Authorities have released the names of two people who died in a one-vehicle rollover in northeastern Minnesota.

The St. Louis County sheriff’s office says 55-year-old Gene Andrew Hanegmon and 9-month-old Byron Carlson died in the crash. Both were from Hibbing.

A 28-year-old woman who was a passenger in the sport utility vehicle was airlifted to a Duluth hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities say Hanegmon was driving on Highway 7 when the SUV left the road, rolled over and landed in the ditch. A nearby homeowner discovered the crash around 7 a.m. Sunday south of Virginia.
