Duluth Schools Super Put On Leave
DULUTH, Minn. (WCCO) -- The superintendent of the Duluth Public Schools is on leave after records showed he was working without a license.
The school board placed I.V. Foster on paid leave on Monday.
Board members would not comment on the investigation.
State law requires districts to employ a licensed superintendent. Foster's expired in June, before starting his job with Duluth in July.
Foster reportedly applied for his license on Monday, so this could be settled soon.
