MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Department of Corrections has issued a warning after a Level 3 sex offender took off his GPS bracelet and walked away from his halfway house.
The Department of Corrections is looking for Roderick Lamoryne Hamilton.
Authorities say he just finished prison time for first-degree criminal sexual conduct, amongst other charges.
Hamilton has escaped from work release previously. This time he was placed on intensive supervised release in Hennepin County, but still managed to get away.
The Department of Corrections described Hamilton as predatory. Authorities caution he should not be approached. Instead, anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call 651-603-0026 or 911.
