OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) — Preliminary autopsy results show Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Joe Philbin’s son drowned.

The Oshkosh Police Department issued a statement Wednesday saying the autopsy shows the cause of 21-year-old Michael Philbin’s death was fresh water drowning. No evidence suggesting foul play was found during the examination.

Toxicology reports won’t be available for at least several weeks.

Michael Philbin disappeared early Sunday morning while out with friends in the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh campus area. Divers found his body in the Fox River near the campus on Monday.

Police say their investigation continues.
